It All Starts Here!

It's been a long time since my last post. Things have been awesome. I've decided to start blogging again because I have another big life change coming. that's when I need to write the most. We are moving to Colorado. Scott will be attending Colorado Christian University studying for his masters in counseling. he will be an incredible counselor and I"m so excited for him to start the education so he can get a job doing what he really wants.
We have started to talk with people about us moving. I think I told my best friend first. That was hard! I don't think it gets any easier. But I am also getting so excited! I can't wait for the adventure to start. I feel like this will be a huge step in our faith journey. this scares both of us. we feel like it is taking a leap of faith and really starting to work towards our goal of missionary work in Romania.
It is breaking my heart to tell our families. Everyone is really sad. Scott's mom was actually the most supportive so far. that was incredible. I need to tell her that too. I think I might call her or talk to her tomorrow.
We are starting to gear up more for our hiking trips. we got me a pack yesterday. it fits great! more later...
